NTU SPORTS CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021
NTU Sports Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 17th September 2021. The meeting was held in a hybrid format. Members who were not physically present could stream the event live from the comfort of their own homes on Microsoft Teams.

Takeaways from Outgoing 30th Management Committee President
Strive to constantly adapt and grow during these uncertain times
Provide opportunities and platforms to continue engaging each other without physical sports activities
Need to stay committed and dedicated to serving the current group of students

Successfully ran the club from 31st August 2020 to 16th September 2021
Successfully held events: Member Club Engagements, Member Clubs Appreciation Night, Bike Rally (Virtual), Extra Ordinary General Meeting, Infiltration into Member Clubs Training, E-Sports Challenge
Proposed 73 amendments to the previous constitution during EOGM and passed all amendments with an approval rate of 100% from all participants
Successfully collaborated with Sports Officers to organize new events

Think out of the box to adapt and overcome cancellation of events due to the pandemic
Prioritise strengthening the relationships between member clubs and NTU population
Share resources and support for members clubs’ upcoming events or initiatives
